This presentation will discuss the Chinese term “Wind-stroke” (Zhong Feng) which indicates apoplexy, i.e. a sudden diminution or loss of consciousness, sensation, and/or neurological impairment, psyche and its connection to relevant internal organs, i.e. Heart, Liver, Lungs, Spleen and Kidneys, by drawing primarily on the “Yellow Emperor’s Classic of Internal Medicine” as a source.
